How We Help

• Louisiana entity registration. Forming a Louisiana LLC or corporation, or registering an out-of-state company to do business in Louisiana (foreign qualification) with the Louisiana Secretary of State.
• Contractor licensing guidance. Guidance on Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors (LSLBC) requirements. A commercial license is generally required for commercial projects valued at $50,000 or more, including labor and materials, and lower thresholds apply to certain trades. Secretary of State registration alone does not authorize construction work.
